RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with THYRILLX. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

RETURNS

THYRILLX accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn and unused

    •    Unwashed

    •    Free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

    •    Returned with original tags attached

    •    In the original condition they were received

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, certain items may be considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact THYRILLX within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after THYRILLX has issued it.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact THYRILLX within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

At this time, THYRILLX does not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size, you may return your eligible item and place a new order for the desired size.

FINAL SALE

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

THYRILLX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
